Does sending the form commit me to hiring you?+
No. The form is how we get to know the project. We reply with a proposal — scope, timeline and price — and you decide from there. There is no payment to start.
When does the timeline start?+
Once the proposal is accepted, the first payment is made and we have the minimum material we need. We don't commit to a delivery date before your content is ready.
How long does a project take?+
It depends on the scope and on having your materials ready. The proposal sets a delivery window for your specific project.
Which one is right for me?+
If your brand is in place, usually Website. If the brand needs work too, Identity and website. If the site has to do something specific — take bookings, sell, connect with other tools — it's a custom project. If you're not sure, tell us in the form and we'll recommend one.
Can I update the content myself?+
Yes, if you need to: we define specific editable areas and show you how to use them, as an addition to any project. Otherwise the site is delivered ready and documented.
Do you build online stores?+
A product catalogue can fit a website project. A store with payments is a custom project, scoped around what you actually sell.
What do I need to provide?+
Your logo, photos and texts if you have them, and your approval at each review. If you don't have a visual identity yet, Identity and website creates it.
Do you work in English and Spanish?+
Yes. We work in both languages, and a site can be built in either one or both.
