Chiara Capucci

Context

Chiara Capucci is a clothing designer and image consultant. She works in Rosario, in person, and online. Her practice offers two services: a full image consultancy over three sessions, and a single personal colour analysis.

What had to be understood

Both services rest on the same two observations, one about colour and one about form. Until those are clear, neither service can be judged. So the site explains the criterion first, and offers the services after it.

Decisions

The criterion has a page of its own, “Cómo se mira”, and it is the first link on the home, ahead of the two services.

Each service is a numbered entry with its facts in plain view: sessions, format, what is delivered, follow-up. Each also has a page of its own, with the price.

Contact is a WhatsApp message that already names the service it comes from. There is no form and no booking system.

Design and structure

Six pages: home, the criterion, one page for each service, about, and contact. Headings are set large in a condensed display serif, with a sans-serif for reading text. The photographs alternate between the working material (a sketch, fabric swatches, the worktable) and portraits, and each one has its focal point set for the place it occupies.

Build

A static site that ships no JavaScript: every page is HTML and CSS. Images are served in a modern format at several widths, so a phone downloads a smaller file than a desktop. Fonts are served from the site itself. Each page has its own title, description and canonical address. A sitemap, robots.txt, a plain-text summary of the site and structured data for the practice and its two services describe the same facts the pages show.

Result

A six-page site in Spanish at chiaracapucci.com: the two services, the criterion behind them and a direct line to the practice, with a layout and images that adapt to the screen.
